Frank G. Power
Frank has over 45 years of experience in law practice, with emphasis on handling real estate matters. He regularly represents clients in the purchase, sale and finance of agricultural, commercial and residential properties. He also acts as counsel for a number of corporations, with particular emphasis on agricultural related businesses. Frank has significant experience in the drafting of wills and trusts, and the probate of estates. Frank served as counsel for the Washington County Board of Supervisors for approximately 12 years and was attorney for the Municipality of Leland, Mississippi for approximately 20 years. He has provided advice and legal services on a pro-bono basis to Leland Habitat for Humanity, Inc. since that organization’s beginning.
