William earned his law degree, cum laude, from Mississippi College School of Law in May 2020. After graduation, William joined Campbell DeLong, LLP as an associate in June 2020 before passing the Mississippi Bar Examination in July 2020, and the Arkansas Bar Examination in February 2021.

While in law school, William served as the Articles Editor of the Mississippi College Law Review and authored A Farm Bill Proposal: Pragmatic Protection of Farmers’ Privacy and
Property Interests in Agricultural Data which was published in Volume 38, Issue 3 of the Mississippi College Law Review publication. William also founded and served as President of the Agricultural Law Society at Mississippi College School of Law where he hosted events featuring guest speakers with influence in Mississippi’s agricultural industry, and worked to promote the discussion of issues affecting the future of agriculture.

In addition to William’s on campus activity in law school, he also served as a Law Clerk Extern for Justice Josiah D. Coleman of the Mississippi Supreme Court during the summer of 2019. William was inducted as a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and received various student awards for the highest scoring grade in several courses such as: Agency Law, Comparative Civil Rights, Entrepreneurship Law, and Patent and Trade Secret Law.

William was also selected as a recipient of the Judge Charles Clark Memorial Scholarship in 2019. William is licensed to appear in all districts in Mississippi, the Mississippi Supreme Court, the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts in Mississippi, all districts in Arkansas, and the Arkansas Supreme Court. William lives in Lake Village, Arkansas where he was raised with farm-family values.

He attends Bellaire Baptist Church in Bellaire, Arkansas and enjoys spending as much time as possible with family and friends. William is a fan of all things sports—especially tennis and golf. He is also an avid sportsman as he enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
