BRADLEY F. HATHAWAY

Brad is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel with over 25 years of experience litigating major casualty, personal injury, electrical casualty, insurance and commercial cases at both the trial and appellate levels.

He regularly counsels insurers on coverage and bad faith matters and uniquely represents rural electric cooperatives from the board room to the courtroom. He is licensed to appear in all jurisdictions of Mississippi and Arkansas and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Throughout his career, Brad has served the state bar association and his community through numerous appointments to leadership positions. Brad is a past director of the Hodding Carter Memorial YMCA where he chaired the endowment committee, past president of the Rotary Club of Greenville and past president of Washington County Day School Association, and he serves on the Executive Committee of the Washington County Economic Alliance.
